Patti became a real estate agent in August 2017, and obtained her broker’s license in December 2022. Smartway Real Estate is a natural extension of her real estate career. She considers herself a “match-maker’ of sorts, and loves the challenge of matching the perfect home to her clients’ needs!

Prior to becoming an agent, Patti graduated from The University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in advertising. She served as Advertising Manager of Progressive Farmer Magazine, started her own freelance graphic design business, raised 3 boys, authored a published children’s book called A Blessing From Above, founded a local community newspaper in Birmingham called 280 Living, and continues to serve as a school bus driver as she has for many years.

The skill set she has gained from her vast array of a career, along with her love of decorating and remodeling, plus her commitment to organization, response time, dependability, and loyalty, have all combined to make her one of the top real estate producers in Alabama.
